Zirconium silicate beads are the results of Titan process optimization, continuous upgrading of molding, grinding technology. Zirconium silicate beads were prepared by sintering at high temperature. There are no pores in the bead, dense crystal phase and spherical shape. It has medium hardness and density, with good wear resistance, which is very suitable for medium and low viscosity slurry dispersion and grinding. The small particle size can be used for polishing material spraying.
